SONAQO Project - AI Reels Generator - Video Automation - Content Workflow

SONAQO Reels AI is a prototype system that helps creators turn one long video into multiple short reels. The goal of this highlight is to help the audience understand the project, how it is used, and how AI supports the workflow from upload to generated clips.

Project Goal

The main goal is to speed up content repurposing. For example, a creator may have a podcast, webinar, class recording, or 1-hour video. This system is designed so the video can be analyzed by AI, split into shorter clips, given automatic captions, and reviewed before publishing as reels.

Problems Solved

• Long videos take too much time to review and cut manually.
• Creators need to find the strongest moments before making reels.
• Duration, clip count, editing style, and caption workflow are often handled separately.
• Content production becomes slow when every step is manual.

Solution Built

The project is built as an AI reels generator dashboard. The user uploads a video, enters a Claude API key, sets the duration per reel, chooses how many reels to generate, selects an AI style preset, and starts the generation process. AI and transcription help read the video, find important moments, and prepare short clip outputs.

Main Features

• Video Upload: the user selects a long video to turn into reels.
• Claude API Key: the key is sent to the local backend only during generation and is not written into the project file.
• Clip Settings: the user sets duration per reel, such as 60 seconds, and the total number of reels.
• AI Style Presets: the user can choose styles such as Motivation, Podcast, Gaming, MrBeast, Dark Luxury, or Gen Z.
• Auto Caption: the system prepares subtitles to support audience retention.
• Generate AI Reels: one button starts the analysis, cutting, and output generation process.

System Workflow

1. The user uploads a long video, such as educational content, a podcast, or a 1-hour recording.
2. The user enters a Claude API key so AI can analyze the video content.
3. The user chooses the duration per reel and how many reels should be generated.
4. The user selects a style preset to guide the output format.
5. The system reads the video, transcribes the audio, and AI selects the strongest parts.
6. The output becomes several short clips ready to review, lightly edit, and publish.

How to Use the System

Admin / Creator

1. Open the SONAQO Reels AI dashboard.
2. Click Choose File and select the long video to process.
3. Enter the Claude API key in the right panel.
4. Set the duration per reel and number of reels in Clip Settings.
5. Choose an AI Style Preset based on the content type.
6. Keep Auto Caption enabled if subtitles are needed.
7. Click Generate AI Reels.
8. Review the generated clips, check the context, and publish the strongest outputs.
