SONAQO Shop is a complete commerce system prototype. In simple words: users can browse products, log in, add products to cart, checkout, pay through a payment gateway, and view order status. On the admin side, the business can manage products, monitor orders, view sales charts, and read store performance.

Project Goal

The goal is to show a clear e-commerce flow from start to finish. This is not only a sales page. It is a system with user experience, payment, orders, admin dashboard, product management, order management, and simple reporting.

The Simple Flow

1. User opens SONAQO Shop.
2. User views the product collection.
3. User logs in or signs up.
4. User adds products to cart.
5. User checks out and chooses payment.
6. Midtrans payment gateway processes the payment.
7. User checks order status.
8. Admin monitors orders, products, revenue, and dashboard charts.

Problems Solved

• Businesses need a product catalog that is clean and easy to search.
• Customers need a clear shopping flow from product to payment.
• Admin needs one place to view orders, products, and store performance.
• Transactions need clear status tracking: pending, paid, expired, or cancelled.

Solution Built

The system is built as a smart commerce dashboard. It includes user shopping pages, Midtrans checkout, user orders, and admin pages for managing products, orders, and business statistics.

How Users Use the System

1. Search and Choose Products

1. Open the SONAQO Shop storefront.
2. Use the search input to find a specific product.
3. View product options such as headphones, smartwatches, or keyboards.
4. Select the product to buy.

2. Add to Cart

1. Open the cart page.
2. Adjust product quantity with plus and minus buttons.
3. Check subtotal, total item count, and total purchase amount.
4. Click Checkout Now to continue payment.

3. Track Orders

1. After checkout, user opens My Orders.
2. User sees order number, date, total purchase, purchased products, and order status.
3. If needed, user clicks Detail to read more order information.

How Admin Uses the System

1. Monitor Business Dashboard

Admin opens the dashboard to view important metrics: revenue, total orders, paid orders, pending orders, expired orders, total products, total users, and average order.

2. Manage Products

1. Admin opens the Products menu.
2. Admin views products that already exist.
3. Admin can add, edit, or delete products.
4. Updated product data affects the user catalog.

3. Manage Orders

1. Admin opens the Orders menu.
2. Admin searches order by order ID or customer.
3. Admin filters order by status.
4. Admin views purchased products, total purchase, customer ID, and order status.
5. Older orders can be archived to keep the dashboard clean.
